Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.20, 5.1 - Player mugged someone in public place, and executed them after removing their zipties. Disconnected with report open

Why should this appeal be considered?: Im sorry for what i did i mugged him near the junkyard area where nobody could see i didnt know it was a public area i tried to take his items but idk how to do that so i ended up removing his zip ties then shooting him and i thought the report was done since the admin wasnt responding anymore so honest mistake my bad

Additional Information: could u please tell me how i mug someone and take their items?
