Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.6, 3.20 - Ran into an active shootout at slums died as a result, disconnected with an open report with them.

Why should this appeal be considered?: so i had owned slums 1 at the time and there was a shootout then they started moving uphill towards pd and city hall. i saw my opportunity to run back home but was spotted inside then i got over killed with black screen. i then disconnected like 10 seconds after but did not notice i had a f6 report open. i first would like to apologize i did not know that i couldnt go into a shoot out. i just really wanted to get my plants because i always get robbed . i also took the time to reread the rules and found rule 3.4 which is putting your life at risk. i am refreshed on the rules and am ready to be released back into the wild but i am hoping you accept my apology
