Which staff member issued the punishment?: @HuskyD0G
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Days
Your Steam Name: Sorle
Your Roleplay Name: Blippy Kosherberg
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:51990442
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Stalled under gunpoint in a vehicle
Why should this appeal be considered?: Simply put, I'm sorry for my actions in this situation. I panicked in a stressful situation where a lot of things were going on in my head all at once, therefore my reaction to gunpoint was not immediate. I can say with a level of certainty that this won't happen again and I'll exercise much more caution to ensure that nothing I do could be seen as stalling. Luckily, the impact this had on the situation was very minor.
I'd like to apologise for my attitude in the discussion regarding it as well - I've already apologised to HuskyD0G privately but essentially one of the things that frustrates me the most is being labelled as a liar when I'm doing everything in my power to be honest. I can understand how it appeared as dishonest but I'm just glad that part is resolved now. I know it wasn't much more than being difficult but it's still a display I'm not the most proud of and will work to avoid in future.
My 3.4 record is for the most part extremely clean, with this punishment being one of three 3.4 punishments I've received in the past 6 years and one of three gunpoint-related punishments I've had throughout my entire time playing PERPheads (8 years). With this in mind I can confidently say that this mistake won't be repeated and I understand now where I went wrong.
Additional Information: I understand I'm an experienced player but this simply wasn't a situation where my experience had any bearing - I've not exactly been playing the most actively up until very recently and I'm having to readjust to how situations should be carried out. With this, I got a lot more overwhelmed than I usually would and took longer than I should've because I had to think everything through as opposed to it being second nature.
