Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Told one of their org members they were being arrested for murder, when all they had done was hit an unconscious body in the road recklessley driving. The body they hit was even revived by medics. The officer involved handling the situation had made it clear at the time that they were being charged for reckless driving as well. Effectively having an officer killed over a 4-year sentence. The user should have let the situation pan out further and this could have been avoided. // Accepted AR
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello,
To start off my appeal, I would like to sincerely send my apologies to Tomura, as he was the one who was affected throughout the incident. I gave a false comm off of too little information, which resulted in Tomura's death. Given the circumstances of the situation, I should've roleplayed it out much more thoroughly, and shouldn't have instantly called out 10 toes as I wasn't fully certain whether or not the body did in fact die from my vehicle.
Though it is only a 3 day ban—I have taken the time to reflect on what I could've done differently and what could've bettered the situation in a way where both parties ended up in agreements and not only in my favor.
I always try and keep a steady and calm approach to any given situation at-hand, as well as trying my best to stay out of trouble.
I hope you can understand my perspective of the situation, though I do acknowledge I was in the wrong and that the situation wasn’t fair for Tomura.
