Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm new to this server. I'm Russian and we came here with my Russian friends to play Russian Mob Bratva. I really like this server I was playing here first time. Baddest thing that I was banned. I really apologize for this, I really want to play here. I was banned for killing an Albanian man after conversation with both sides insult everyone, Albanian said that he dont like Serbia in a rude way, and I as Russian got insulted for that and killed him. I didnt meant to say this about his real ethnicity, it was RP. For example, if he said he's not Albanian and I wasnt RPing as Russian this would never happened. I dont justify myself and understand what is a problem here and I will never do this again, but 3 months ban for new player is really tough.
I didnt meant to move this to real life, if he's ingame Albanian and i'm ingame Russian it doesn't mean I insult him in real life. It's like a cinema of theatre - all people are actors. But I really understood your rules now and will never violate them again, if you forgive me and give me a chance to play here and not wait 3 months. I brought here 10 people to play with, increasing your online and donat value because its good server, but I cant play now and it really breakes me.

if you're going to have OOC conversations about your backgrounds or ethnicities while having opposing views you need to do so tastefully; this situation was not tasteful whatsoever, you escalated it to killing him and said 'Kosovo is Serbia' as you gunned the player down, knowing the implications it has and it was obvious you said it to stir up problems and put it under the guise of pride.

If you cannot have civil conversations while having opposing views and react in such a way, I think you need time to reflect because this is not how you interact with others on this server.

If you believe I handled this wrongfully, I would recommend making a staff complaint against me because in no shape or form do I believe this was an in-character conversation.

I have also edited the title of your apology to include my name because I was the staff member who issued the punishment.​
