Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply with commands once being de-armed at drugdealer.
Why should this appeal be considered?: So at this point I might actually be a fucking retard I have a very heavy record of 3.4 as you already know and I decided to again break 3.4 and the way I did it is just stupid from my position I was getting mugged at the dd and thought that the muggers might be breaking a rule because police "might" be seeing them commit the crime so instead of letting the situation play out and then get the situation sorted through f6 and see if a rule was broken from their side (that would be the normal approach) but no not me I decided to AGAIN break rule 3.4 by running over to the officers (while de armed and being told to put my hands up) and then tell them I'm being robbed like honestly at this point idk what the fuck is wrong with me that situation was so simple to figure I just comply let them take whatever they want and then If I believe they did something against the rules I report it to staff and let them investigate but instead of that simple option I made everyone's day harder and more annoying first by having those people have to run from police that could chase them then having them go through the process of the report and wasting staff resources (sometimes staff isn't always available because they do have quite a lot to do) and also ruining the fun for those people and what I could of done is just comply and put my hands up making the situation easier for everyone involved but no I broke 3.4 and made everything harder then it needed to be
So first of I'd like to apologize to the original people who tried to mug me I wanna apologize for making the whole situation harder and ruining their fun by just running away and then them having to waste their time reporting me and possibly running from police because I did tell the police I was being mugged
And second of I wanna apologize to the staff member that was involved in this (That's you mr. JJB) I not only made the other people's day less fun and harder but then I also wasted staff time by having them have to report me and staff having to do more work for some stupid guy who has a huge record of 3.4 and still breaks 3.4 (That's me) I personally understand that being staff isn't all fun and easy because you guys are people too you wanna go play the game and have fun same as everyone else but then you gotta deal with stupid shit like this situation I made that could of been resolved way easier
So I apologize to all involved party's and I would want to promise that I won't let this happen again and you shouldn't have any more problems with me (Hard to believe coming from a guy with "EIGHT" bans for 3.4 and nothing else) but I hope you can understand that I do feel bad for what happened and wanna apologize about the whole situation I did indeed ruined everyone's experience by just being stupid and not simply complying
Also I'm not even sure why I thought I should run away instead of complying (as in I didn't have too much to lose) I had litteraly just sold 1 run of drugs and didn't have to much to lose and even if I did lose this I could of caught the person later on and made them force withdraw any losed items or money so honestly I was just being stupid because I decided since someone "MIGHT" be breaking a rule I'm gonna break one to and avoid the whole rp situation (Idk why but I thought that the police are able to see the crime happen even tho I had no valid proof of this and even if this happened as said earlier before I should of just reported the situation afterwards)
