Why should this appeal be considered?: I was not aware of 3.2 as a rule and I just assumed it was a normal thing which is my fault completely for not reading it, although we did not gain any advantage to metagaming and we lost all of our stuff in the process, all I ask is that the 3-day ban is reconsidered and from now on I will only be using in-game methods to communicate. Thank you for your time.

I appreciate that the punishment may feel harsh, however, rules breaks are dealt with seriously in order to preserve gameplay for others. A 3 day ban for 3.2 is very generous.

From talking to you both I do believe you understand what you have done wrong and will not break the rule again.

I would also recommend reading through the rules before you join so that you are clear on these.
