Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm sorry, I pulled a gun in the heat of the moment thinking I would've been dead anyways and did not know I could not do so because I thought that when the rule 3.4 says Obey orders under gunpoint, it would have been appropriate as no words were spoken yet.. I really reacted out of fear and being in the fast situation so I wasn't thinking about that just because he had a gun to my head I was not allowed to pull a gun, I'm sorry. I also apologize for the previous apology where I tried to use the fact that I reported myself to make the rule break seem less serious, that was wrong too. I reported myself because I was unsure of the situation and whether I broke a rule or not. I was just really heated because i did not understand it completely at the moment so I just reacted too quick and before I could put the gun away I died
