Why were you punished?: 3.4, 1.2 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, and then got inside of their vehicle, failing to comply once again and finally pulled a weapon out whilst under gunpoint, resulting in their instant death. When the user was told that they were going to be receiving a ban, they decided to make homophobic remarks.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to first say that I am very sorry for my actions and this was out of character for me, I appreciate you taking the time to consider my apology as I understand completely that what I said was beyond unacceptable. I messaged Kerzify with an apology a day or two after the ban and asked him about potentially lowering the length of the ban, he told me that I would have to be dealt with by SMT. I'm not homophobic and I don't spread hate or act like that in general at all, I want to explain why I said what I said however I don't want it to seem like I'm trying to excuse my remark. I was frustrated at the time of the report being made against me, I had a bunch of stuff going on in real life that was stressing me out, I came on and my friends and I had been getting raided back to back, I couldn't really get a start going. This was like my 3rd or 4th day playing perpheads since like 2016 (I've played on and off for a few days but even back then I'd forgotten a lot of stuff and wouldn't play for more than 3 or 4 days). I was tense and literally about to log off when I get the F6 report pop up, the admin asked me why I didn't surrender at gun point which I forgot was a rule - I had been playing FiveM and that's not a rule there. I thought because it was police I was allowed to run, I explained this to the admin and he said that I've been warned for it in November this year and banned for it in Feburary, I don't remember it at all but I won't deny it. The admin tried to make it seem like I was lying about not knowing what I did was against the rules when genuinely if I knew I wouldn't have done it, this frustrated me and I just said what I said out of anger. I regret it majorly and I hope that there's potential I could have a second chance, I don't know if there's anything I can do to try and show that I am not that kind of person I'd do it.
