Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot and killed someone who theygun pointed out of car before giving them a chance to comply instantly killing them
Why should this appeal be considered?: To start of (Clarification of what happend from my view),
I was mugging in the forest, and we approached a red Mini Cooper, we blocked it of, and gun pointed all the occupants.
When we did so, one of the passengers got out and opened fire on us under gunpoint, the other passenger (I believe ran of). Then When the driver of the Mini Cooper stepped out I shot him 1x on accident as I thought I saw a gun in his hand, I did this as I got scared because one of the passengers already pointed a gun and opened fire. This first shot was a mistake, and I should not have done it, and I sincerely apologise for this as it gave an unfair play to the scene and it was also uncalled for. I Believe after my first shot, he grabbed a gun, but did not point it, (we saw the animation). As the other passenger already opened fire under gunpoint I shot the driver down out of fear for my life.
I know I should not have shot him at it did not give him a chance, and was unfair and overly negative towards the driver. I will definitely not do this again, and I have learnt it is better to wait until you are more than sure instead of what occurred here as this was not the right thing to do and I apologise.
I want to sincerely apologise towards the driver, and if possible, compensate him for all the damages that occurred during this scene. I want to make it clear that I will improve my behaviour in will not do this again. As I, myself, find this unacceptable.
