Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot and killed someone who they gunpointed out of car before giving them a chance to comply instantly killing them
Why should this appeal be considered?: I sincerely apologise for my actions, I know what I did was not something that was permitted and it was overly negative. I will not do it again.
A quick summary of my perspective of the situation / what happened: I was mugging in the forest when a red mini approached, we stopped it, gunpointed it, one of the passengers got out and opened fire. The other one, (the driver), I shot once as I believed he had a firearm, and after I believe he pulled out a firearm (as I saw the animation) after which I released 1-2 more shots. The only reason why I did this is because I got scared as his friend, under gunpoint also opened fire, and after the first accidental shot I shot again.

I know all of this is not an excuse to have shot him. It is unfair and overly negative. I would like to sincerely apologise for my actions and would like to make clear I will not do this again, as I myself, find this unaceptable as he did not even have a chance to defend himself which not nice. And I will make sure to work on my behaviour and I will make sure in the future during these scenes I will be careful to not cause situations like this again.
I would also like to reimburse the person involved (the driver) as I believe he lost his gun due to this situation and I believe it is not right for him to lose his gun due to this situation.
