Why should this appeal be considered?: hello Lewis,
i understand i was banned for breaking rule 1.2, and i want to sincerely apologize for what happened. the message i sent “would you rather gain muscles or gain eagers” was a reference to a clip from adin ross. we were watching youtube in bazaar, and i said it without thinking how it might come off. i didn’t mean for it to be offensive or harmful, and i definitely wasn’t trying to get anyone banned but i see now how it could have been misinterpreted as baiting, and i take full responsibility for that.
please consider the fact that i have never been banned/warned for anything related to racism or hate speech before, i've been playing on this server for quite a while and gotten my fair share of warns and bans, but nothing like this. this is just not the thing i want to be for the server.
i really enjoy the server and the community, and i’ve always tried to follow the rules and be respectful. i’ve learned from this situation, and going forward i’ll be much more careful about what i say in chat.
i’m also super excited for the v6 launch at the end of the month, i’ve been looking forward to it for a long time, and i’d really hate to miss it over this mistake. i hope you’ll consider giving me another chance.
even if the ban can’t be fully lifted, i’d be really grateful if you’d consider reducing it so i can be there for the v6 launch.
