Why were you punished?: 3.4 3.20 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, as soon as a report was created with him regarding the incident, he disconnected without response.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I just wanted to explain something and I want to apologise for when the person who was raiding came to my property he was saying hands up and ran to my friend I didn't know that he had a gun in his hand from my perspective it looked like a knife so while the robber was next to my friend I wanted to walk out and pull out my gun then hold him at gunpoint but I didn't know he had a gun I thought it was just a knife and I was more then far away from him to be not attacked in time so I ran out

Additional Information: One more thing the report says I logged out when the report was made and I didn't hear the noise for the report being opened and my screen was already black (I fully died ingame) so I just logged off

When leaving the server it is your responsibility to check if you are involved in any administrative situation before leaving, as well as attempting to walk out put your life at severe risk as I had an angle on you both and you should of surrendered given the circumstances, wait until at least half of your ban length before I would consider a apology.
