Why were you punished?: 2.5- User before raiding a property, had shot out someones tyres who they had planned on raiding for no reason, In addition to this, user whilst in a stolen vehicle, had drove on the wrong side of the highway and had resulted in the tiering of another vehicle. User really needs to have a look at the rules before they return to the server.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Firstly!
I apologize deeply for shooting out someones tires before my raid on said person, i had no idea such actions were against the rules, this case was too specific to even be mentioned in the rules but i should have used my intuition to sense that this was wrong.
Secondly, i lagged like crazy and was driving away from the police officers, i apologize for crashing though, this was more due to a fault on my driving abilities and the lag rather then an intentional ramming, the rules states "to the best of your ability ", well my ability is trash..... but lesson learned next time im gonna refrain from stealing fast cars since i think my current setup cant drive them without freezing every 4 seconds. (GTX 1070ti)

Additional Information: Me and the owner of the car i shot were both shooting randomly and testing out our guns previously, explosions went off and we went crazy. Just wanted to add some more context.
