Why were you punished?: 3.4 2.5- User had intentionally contacted 911 stating he had stolen a vehicle, then whilst being pursued had stopped and pulled a firearm on the officers in the pursuit, resulting in one officer being killed as a result of this.
Why should this appeal be considered?:
Hey, I just wanted to reach out and genuinely apologize for what I did.
Looking back on it, I'm honestly embarrassed. I called 911 to falsely report a stolen vehicle, led cops on a pursuit, and then pulled a gun on the officers who responded — which ended with an officer dying in-game. That whole situation was ridiculous, and I know it. It wasn't fair to anyone involved, and it clearly broke rules 3.4 and 2.5.
I'm not going to sit here and make excuses. In the moment, I wasn't thinking about how it would affect other people's experience or the server as a whole — I was just being reckless. But that doesn't make it okay. People put real time and effort into making this community work, and what I did went against all of that.
I own it completely. It was a dumb decision, and I regret it.
If I were given another chance, I'd handle things very differently. I'd actually take the time to think before I act, stick to the rules, and make sure my RP is something that adds to the experience instead of ruining it for everyone else. I know words only go so far, but I'd genuinely like the opportunity to back them up.
