Why should this appeal be considered?: Yea I'm you k os I'm sorry it was a mistake I was to worked up and I swear to God dint see him get out when I got out saw his hun and I should have surrender but I made a split second decision that was wrong and bad I ruine his experience and I wouldn't want that for myself I would be mad aswel I am sorry also I would also say that I was cooperative from the beginning showing my mistake and even tho I was clearly in the wrong and I ask for a second chance and I will make sure this will not happen again and I have had time tho think about my actions and I have learned tho just surrender if they say put your hands up even if you think your not gunpointed just do what they say I'm sorry and please give me a 6 chance even I admit my record is long and bad but I have learned this time and I will make sure that I use commen sense next time I'm sorry
