Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.4 - User killed a player over him denouncing him to police about a kidnapping charge. Not only this is only a 4 year sentence as the user was not even charged for it.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I had talked to my friend and he said that he didnt know i killed him and he whould have not opened the report if he knew it was me. His name is Grophskiy and IC name Benjamin Rugerrino or smth like that. Also, i am very sorry for the fact that i had broken 3.4, i thought 9.4 whould be more for cops because usually when i took a cop hostage i was put in somewhere about 8 -10 years. I assure you that this mistake will never be made again.
