Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.4 - User killed a player over him denouncing him to police about a kidnapping charge. Not only this is only a 4 year sentence as the user was not even charged for it.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Well first of all i wish to apologise to @Grophyanskiy_ as i had indeed rdmd him, then to the cops i had to kill because i was going to be charged for kidnapping but because i killed Grophyanskiy_ it leaded it into being 9.5. and last but not least @Maia for wasting his time and breaking the rules once more.
