Why were you punished?: for shooting a leo for "a small prison sentence"
Why should this appeal be considered?: because i tried to run him over he arrested me i escaped and attempted to kill him so i would get away with it attempting to run him over is a big prison sentence lol therefore not making it against the rules right ?
9.2 Physical Assault with an Offensive Weapon
Any person who applies or causes reckless injury to another person with any type of offensive weapon as defined in law 7.3, that is likely to cause great bodily injury commits an offence.
Felony - liable to 8 years maximum imprisonment and $7,000 maximum fine
i have been put into jail under this law for doing the exact same thing before
Additional Information: and he was arresting like 3 of my friends and even shooting at some of them i feel that i had plenty of reason to shoot the officer
