Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User attempted to mug a person that had a weapon in passive stance.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm writing regarding my recent ban last week for breaking rule 3.4. I'm writing this apology as I explained in the report that if I had seen the person holding a gun, I would not have interacted or tried to mug the person I killed. I understand now that at the time, I rushed into things and didn’t think through what I was doing when I should have, and I certainly agree that I broke rule 3.4.
Once I'm unbanned, either way, I will make sure next time I do things differently and ensure that I won’t mug anyone who's holding a gun, as on the video you can see the one I got sent on the day he was fishing in Hicktown and looking towards the water. When I turned up, I walked up to the guy, and he had a pistol in his hand that was not visible at the time. However I still did break 3.4, but understand that it was certainly not intentional to do so.
I have taken the time to look through the rules more closely, and I won’t make the same mistake again. I'm hoping that you can accept my apology and allow me to role play again. However I understand if this won’t be possible.
I would also like to add an apology to the player that I killed for breaking the rule, and I'm aware that I have just come off a recent ban and was looking forward to role playing on Perp again.
