Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User broke 3.4 on 2 separate occasions, once when a police officer gunpointed them and they refused to comply, instead screaming at their friends for help. User then got out of their cuffs later, picked up a gun next to a cop and ran straight towards said cop without the gun equipped, pulling it when being gunpointed.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I apologise for my conduct both in and outside the game in the discord regarding this, at the time I didnt realise running while handcuffed was 3.4 and I do apologise and acknowledge that is against the rules now. I also apologise for the other instance of me running to get my gun and them pointing it and shooting after getting gunpointed and I apologise for that too, that was also against the rules and I now understand that and it will not happen again. I have taken the past few days to reflect on my ban and the rules I broke and also to study the rulebook so this will not happen again. I also apologise for the comments I made in the discord. I hope you accept my apologies.
