Why should this appeal be considered?: i thught since we had shot at them and they hat shot at os. that it was considerd a gun fight. so i dintent have to surender. i am sorry if that isent the case. i did generally think itwas a gun fight. and again i dont know if it is the rules arer difrent if we hadent already shot at each other. the reson for shooting at each other was because we where rading
