Why were you punished?: 1.2, 3.4 - The user was then told to stop talking whilst under gunpoint in zip-ties, which the player failed to comply with those commands by screaming "Kill me then f****t", resulting in their death. User already broke 3.4 prior to that interaction by failing to get out of a car whilst under gunpoint. The user also has an awful history with 3.4, hence the ban length in combination with the 1.2 violation.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Cause this happened a WHILE ago and cause i dont even remember when this happened and i am sorry for my past actions i was probably drunk or high and decided too dick around on Gmod with out even realizing i am about too do some stupid shit on my favorite server and then once i realized what the hell i did it was too late, But i truly am deeply So Sorry for my Actions and i hope they didnt affect you or any other players that much
