Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply with orders whilst under gunpoint, putting his life at risk
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wrongfully shot someone who was trying to rob my house in Regals. I was in the bedroom when I heard the house alarm go off so I was holding the door with a shotgun for a while, I waited a few minutes and put my gun away before leaving the room, that's when the guy was there holding the gun and as I saw it and started running he had said to put my hands up. I was not thinking or registering what he was saying, and I shot him because I saw the gun and was thinking that it was somehow justifiable in the moment. I'm sorry for doing this. I tried to run around the spawn and compensate him afterward, but I could not remember his name or what he looked like because it happened quickly. I will do my best from now on to comply with 3.4 and make sure I understand the rules to a Tee. I understand how it would be annoying for the person on the other end when 3.4 is broken.
