Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - The user and his friend initiated a raid whilst cops were in front of the defender's house. The user then proceeded to kill an unarmed defender when entering the building. Why should this appeal be considered?: The clip:
First of all I want to state that if I remember this ban correctly the admin literally added something my friend did on to my ban and I still have a clip of what the whole ban was over.
Now this appeal should be considered as yes I know I have a very rocky record on the server but a lot of punishments like warnings against me are for things I have done on accident or just really never knew was against rules now lets address the ban

This is a lie partially as I can even remember me and my friend being shocked when the admin even said that I never killed the cop and it was my friend but the admin said I did pinning it on to me? this I have no proof of as my clip from this event only shows use entering the house but I am sure if there is a way to get logs from back then that you can verify this. No we did initiate a raid but I did not know at this time that we was not allowed to start a raid while police were around and for this I take my accountability but as someone who rarely raided on the server I never really viewed raiding rules 100% but I should of as I wanted to raid. Now both me and my friend shot a unarmed defender if I can remember correctly but you can view the clip as I have attached it at the top.

"3.2 Metagaming, communicating on discord for in-character actions." Yes we was in discord and once again I will own up to this as I knew it was against the rules but I still used it and that was a stupid idea as realistically we should of used the in game forms of communication but I am also one to know that this rule is flimsy as I have known many other players to use discord they just don't get caught with it in clips like I do now this is not me saying I will continue it as I won't if I was back on the server I would use in game forms of communicating with friends and org members.
"Extended for Cheating on an Alt while ban evading" Lastly this now I have no excuse to this and to be quiet blunt I did very much deserve this ban but If I remember this correctly to I didn't even do anything crazy cheating like mass rdm or anything like that but I will own up to this as cheating is cheating no matter what form it is and the only thing for this I can ask for is to be forgiven the whole alting part as well.
I will also like to apologise to the staff members involved with me in the sit and on the forums as during this time I was disrespectful and to be honest treated them like trash when end of the day I now understand they were just doing there jobs and I had to deal with it wither I liked it or not.
I will say if granted a ban reduction or a unban altogether I will not break any of these rules again and I will respect the staff and other players around me I will also not cheat as to be honest I have no interest in it and it was a stupid thing to do in the first place now I do expect if I am unbanned or my ban is reduced that if I am banned again I will have no chance at getting a appeal done or I will expect a blacklist in its whole and all this I can agree with.
