Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello PerpHeads Staff,

I hope you're doing well. I'm writing to sincerely apologize for my recent actions that led to a ban under rules 3.2 and 3.4.

First, regarding rule 3.2, I now understand that using out-of-character methods or talking about in-character situations via those channels is not allowed. At the time, I genuinely didn’t realize I was straying out of character; it wasn’t intentional. It was a misunderstanding on my part, and I’m sorry for any confusion it caused.

Then, about rule 3.4, “putting your life at risk”, I see now that the server expects us to make realistic, safe decisions for our characters, rather than acting recklessly or ignoring potential threats. Looking back, I didn't adequately assess the danger in the moment, and I understand how that violated the spirit of the rule. It wasn’t meant to be defiant, just misguided.

Also, I want to clarify: when I disconnected from the game, it was not because I was trying to evade a report. I didn’t even know a report had been filed. I didn’t notice it was happening at all until it was too late. If I had known, I would have stayed online and dealt with it properly.

I really enjoy being part of the PerpHeads community and I value the immersive and fair roleplay experience you aim to maintain. I regret that my actions disrupted that environment, and I fully intend to be more mindful going forward.

I’d appreciate the chance to return and demonstrate that I’ve learned from this. Either way, thanks for taking the time to review my words and consider my apology.

Thank you for hearing me out.

Best regards,
Awfy

You're not even apologizing for the correct rule, 3.20 - disconnecting, not breaking character.

You can wait this one out.
