Why should this appeal be considered?: I am deeply sorry that I broke 3.4 I hanged around a situation that I was previously arrested and then broken out off I thought that the officer whoundt see me but I am an I idiot for thinking that and now will always run away after getting broken out of cuffs and then also jumping to my death when I did this I did not think I was gonna die and have a crippled leg at most and I had a splint for it so I can run away but now looking bad that was incredibly stupid I must of been tired from a long day off work as I was not thinking straight this is not an excuse for my actions but just a run down of what I was thinking I feel like an idiot for making such a foolish mistake. I am sorry to the officer who was involved and had to see me jump to my death.
Additional Information: I shoudnt of even ran away as it was a self defence chance the reason I did was because I picked up the weapon that the officer got shot by not that long ago and he didn’t see who shot him so I ran thinking I might be facing 10 years I feel stupid for making this mistake and I know at the time I shouldn’t of done it but thinking I can make it is not an excuse of my actions I’m deeply sorry and.
