Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi Admin,

I wanted to apologize for my RDM last night and to see if I can get an appeal or a lesser ban. I was in the wrong and did the RDM I agree, this is not meant to be an excuse but an explanation on why I shot the guy (Which I know now I am in the wrong for) , in my eyes, it was looking like there was a mass RDMER in bazaar, I was by my shop next to the ATM and turned and saw a new player shooting people and other people running. That was why I shot the person but should have just walked away an let the police handle the situation since it did not directly involve me. This was 100% on me for ruining that RP and I am sorry. In the moment I wasn't thinking and just saw a guy shooting somebody in my side view, took out my gun and shot him. This was not right on my end; I could have handled the situation differently and believe this was a genuine mistake and misplay on my end. I am very sorry for shooting this man and have learned now to not get involved in other people's business if it does not involve me. I wanted to see if there was a way I can compensate the guy I killed as well as his friend, who I got into it with after I shot the player who I thought was RDMING. I will not let something like this happen again and appreciate you are reviewing my apology. I understand actions have consequences but wanted to just apology and request a second chance and or lesser sentence if seen fit. I really enjoy this server and would like to be able to player through the Christmas Events.

Last night, you told me that you killed the player because you 2 got into a verbal altercation, threatened each other, and when they started shooting those players. You said you thought you were going to get shot as well. However, in your ban appeal, you state that you thought someone was RDMing. I suggest you stick to one story. Aside from the two different stories you’ve provided, you also have multiple warnings for 3.4. You’ll have to wait this one out.
