Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Mxdium
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month

Your Steam Name: thebigboss
Your Roleplay Name: Gerard Hutch
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:900924143

Why were you punished?: 3.4

Why should this appeal be considered?: Can I start this by saying I understand why I was banned because I got the warning for 3.4 and just came off a month ban but I'm genuinely trying to get better at that rule

My warning was for jumping of a bridge to avoid going to prison cause I genuinely didn't know that was against 3.4 I was really trying to get better at that rule there's just so much to it I really am trying to get better please I waited so long to get unbanned and have been trying to get better I've been shot at so many times Infront of cops so I didn't think it was against the rules I don't know why I didn't think it was basically suicide by cop I really promise one more chance and I wont get another warning I've been non stop playing this server I really do love it and have made a lot of friends I don't want to lose

I really enjoy this server and I'm hoping just for one more chance I know my record is bad but I was new to this I want to get better and at first I thought 3.4 was just putting your hands up when getting robbed than I got banned for walking instead of running from an active shootout so that's all I thought it was than I got the warning for jumping off the bridge so than I had a look through the rule and I don't know why I thought it would be ok to shoot Infront of the cop it was really stupid.

I'm just really hoping you can give me one more chance I can promise it wont happen again and I wont get any more warning or do anything that is against 3.4

There is a long-standing issue with you and 3.4 at this point and generally, if you’re going to be struggling with the same rule over and over again we feel as though having more time to reflect and work on gauging a basic understanding of said rule prior to returning is ideal, which, as evidenced by your general record, seems to be something you need this much time to achieve.

We may consider an appeal in a few weeks but we cannot accept it in good faith right now.
