Why were you punished?: 1.6, 3.4 - User purposefully went to the DD without anything on them to bait people so they could call 911 on them. User died twice because of this. User also lied to me in the report.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I reported someone for following me and killing me after they mugged me at the drug dealer and I got away, they told me put my hands up in a no mug area and I did and they killed me for "calling 911".
I went down to the drug dealer to check prices to buy drugs and I had my phone out so that I could call 911 faster since people camp those areas. As soon as I see someone running from across the harbor with a gun out towards me I send a report to 911 that I'm about to get mugged.
I never lied in the report, what could possibly cause you to draw the conclusion that I wasn't there to buy drugs, I was robbed when I walked over there and that is why I didn't buy any because why would I after i called the cops and I know they are gonna search me.
Here is where I disagree with what the person I reported did, first off when the person ran up to me at the clothes store I already had my phone out and they have no way of knowing what I'm doing on my phone so to say they shot me for calling 911 doesn't even make sense. Second off I sent the report before they said a word to me because I saw them running up to me with a gun out. Third off that was the second time they forced me to put my hands up in 5 minutes. After that I went back again after my NLR timer was up and Maybe you can say that it breaking the rules but are you allowed to kill someone just because you see they have their phone out (I put it away a just a couple seconds after they told me to?)
I understand going back to do it a second time can be looked as as mug baiting but In https://perpheads.com/rules.html there is no place that defines "mug baiting" so how can you ban me for a rule that doesn't exist? To say I broke 3.4 means you are not allowed to go certain areas on the map if you have no drugs or money to take which doesn't make sense to me for fearing you life purposes, I put my hands up after he said every time and followed his commands (which includes when he camped me in the clothes store fitting room again and told me to drop my life alert so he could RDM me but according to Mxdium that was justified because i called 911 on him earlier which again he would definitely know)
