Why should this appeal be considered?: To Gerald. I was unsure of the boundaries of metagaming due to an admin a while ago telling me that we are allowed to be in a 3rd party call as long as we did not pass information over long distances, but as I discovered when I was banned, we are not allowed in a 3rd party call at all. I apologize for my unfair advantages over enemies or police due to my actions.

You've simply copy pasted your last appeal. I noticed something that wasn't bought up in the last appeal, however.

3rd party call as long as we did not pass information over long distances, but as I discovered when I was banned, we are not allowed in a 3rd party call at all.

If you've passed any sort of information or received it and acted on it in game, then you have violated the rules. If this wasn't the case and no info was given or received, then you could dispute it if you have evidence.
