Why were you punished?: Continuously shooting players without any reason to do so, in one instance also did inappropriate acts to another user. (not being funny but what lol?????)

Why should this appeal be considered?: i have been PERMANENTLY banned from the server for "continuously" shooting people. i would like to hihglkight the ban was at 5am which is obvs a dead time for the server and when things get a bit hectic. if the mod had done any sort of due dillegence this obs was not random RDM but aprt of late night mischieve with other players present.

There is a part of the ban that says i was "dong innapropriate acts to another player" ??????? i would at the very least like you to explain what that even means lol.

I have been a long time payer of the server and its starting to get really frustraing getting banned for just cutting about on the server. as i said if the ban is genuine and you actually beleive i cannot be allowed back onn the server then fair enought ill give up and thats it but this seems, put very lightly, like its taking the absolute p*** lol.

can i at the very leat get some clarity on why i have been PERMA banned on this server?? cheers.

Additional Information: ban is insanley over exagerated would at LEAST like the chance to explain myslef and get some furhter clarity on why it has been issued. this is the only thing i play on gmod so if im banned then im justg gonna delete so would like to know if its worth my time to keep really

I dont have a video to provide fo a dispute. i dont really know how tom dispute because as i said in forum im unsure what the ban is even for. please know i am being as genuine as possible i am not trolling i actually dont know why this has happened and would like at the very least more clarity as to why this has happened

So looking through all the evidence regarding your ban here is what happened.

In one situation (regarding the inappropriate acts), you were trying to get people to turn around and you pretended to perform a sexual act, while making a moaning noises. This falls under rule 2.8 here.

As for shooting people, even during the "dead time" for the server, it is still against rules to kill players without a justifiable reason. If you were trying to be apart of the "late night mischief" with other players, the players you are involving should be in on the joke or mischief, and are willing to participate. Not just being dragged into situations they don't want any part in. The unjustifiable killing (RDM) falls under rule 2.5.

If I take this as a dispute, we already have enough evidence to say the ban is valid. If you have an issue with the length, you can make a staff complaint.

I recommend if you do want to apologise for your actions here, you should wait a lot longer than 1 week. Give it at the very least a few months. This is due to your record and how you are still in the new player playtime category.
