Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot a visibly unarmed person to start a raid. Absolutely horrible record for this rule.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey, I had some time off to think about this situation and consider everyone's POV. So I want to start this off with apologizing to every admin who was involved in the previously made dispute and to phoondos, when I saw the ban in the morning I should have taken some time to relax and clear my mind, but instead I got angry and a bit emotional. I thought I was 101% in the right and everything was lawful till I saw my own demo and the demo provided by phoondos. I forgot I was on whisper mode because I wanted to be as silent as possible and turn it off when I started asking them to put their hands up. It looked as if both of them heard my command and the guy who was not at the window saw my gun tried to hide and run away from GP. I acknowledge I was in the wrong and second guy didn't hear my command, if I wasn't being stupid and whispering he would have heard it so I started shooting at him when I saw him just running away. I didn't give him enough time to react to the commands as well. I am conscious of my bad record and stupidity of my actions, but i'm asking for forgiveness . Thank you.
