Why should this appeal be considered?: I get 1.6 even though its shown in a clip i complied i actually didnt know there was a shootout was talking to someone in my org in the middle of bazaar than seen the mayor with a friend of mine so i was talking to him than my friends car got robbed i was basically in a world of my own not paying attention i had no clue there was a shootout i didnt see anything i dont know how i didnt comply with gunpoint when he told me leave i did leave i actually did not know about a shoot out i was too distracted very sorry but i think this ban is unfair
