Why were you punished?: 1.1, 3.4 - User ran whilst under direct gunpoint from a police officer for a prolonged amount of time, while loitering at the Bazaar after murdering civilians prior. After being stopped with a baton, the user then shot the officer once they took their cuffs out. User was rude and immature in the report, and has an extensive record for this rule.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I've spent the last 6 months of my ban understanding that I will continue to get punished harsher if I carry on breaking this easily understandable rule(s), It gets to the point where I've now been banned for this specific rule 7 times over the past 2 years and unfortunately due to my actions have spent more time being banned than actual playing and enjoying the server like I should be doing. I stupidly made an appeal for this punishment 2 months into my ban which was obviously not going to be accepted as I needed more time or to serve at least half of the punishment to show that I have deep regret and understanding that this could be my last chance to prove that I won't mess up again before I receive a punishment that is harsher.
As also mentioned before in my appeal 4 months ago, I don't play PERP to break rules and to mess around as I don't find it enjoyable, I've spent 6 months banned without being able to jump on whenever I want which is sadly down to nobody but myself. The 1.1 punishment was also very stupid and extremely childish of me which I instantly regretted and sent Phoondos an apology on discord after it had happened which wasn't for any sort of reason other than actually apologising as I know it is out of his hands whether my appeal gets accepted or denied because of the length.
I can say firmly, that no rules will be broken by myself and especially not 3.4, No matter the reasoning of gunpoint and what I have to loose, I can't afford to slip up anymore as it's became a joke that I've been around the community for 8 years and STILL continue to break this rule, It's laughable.
