Why were you punished?: 2.8, 3.4 Failed to comply at gunpoint while commanding my gunpointer to commit sexual acts until I was killed
Why should this appeal be considered?: First and foremost I wanted to apologize for my actions which were indeed deliberate and inexcusable. I also wanted to provide context in what led to my actions, which again, does not excuse or justify my actions. I'd been playing for a good amount of time that day without any issues, was raided previously that day with a cool interaction with Roxanne Cole and their gang. Raiding doesn't really anger me and it's just good rp. But what led to the offensive situation was a bit more weird, starting with me wanting to get off the game and heading to the bank with my friends so I could sell my property in Hicktown. I successfully sold it while me and my friends were all driving back to Hicktown (where they also held property). On the way there some fellas (reportees) and my friends collided with their cars. Words were exchanged calling eachother retards,etc.. They then proceeded to follow us and harass our group until they found out we were based in Hicktown. At this point, it was 12am Central Time for me and I was tired & ready to go to bed as I had work tomorrow. So when they pulled up to Hicktown cars were being rammed into eachother, it was a shitshow. In my mind I wasn't trying to get held up for possibly 30 more minutes or maybe even longer because of my friends talking shit to eachother. My subsequent course of actions were extremely regrettable on top of very stupid, I deliberately disobeyed actions to get myself killed in order to go to bed out of game. On the topic of commanding someone to commit sexual acts, it was stupid to keep repeating "suck my dick" and it was never meant to literally command him, more so just talking shit to someone to rile them up. None of either these actions I committed were meant to get myself over another character in rp. Wanted to remove myself from the situation and I did it in a very stupid way. I'm very sorry for my actions and will go about things completely differently going forward! I wholeheartedly agree with the ban and can only ask for leniency or reduced length. I've never really been warned or anything beforehand or try to cause trouble. This situation stemmed from frustration/exhaustion and can only ask for your understanding.
