Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @phoondos
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week
Your Steam Name: Berkox
Your Roleplay Name: Jay.Omerta
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:167638414
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, instead deciding to shout for help over TeamSpeak. User has a long history with breaking rule 3.4, thus they should know better.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello everyone,
I know that what I did wasn’t right, and I fully understand that I made a mistake. I’ve spent several hours thinking about my actions, and I realize now how serious it was. As you can see, my last ban was over a year ago, and I’ve done my best since then to stay out of trouble.
After reflecting, I understand that I should have followed the instructions immediately, and I truly regret not doing so. I promise that I will be much more careful in the future and that I will not break this rule again.
I’ve been a big fan of PerpHeads since 2016, and I was really excited about V6. Many of my friends are playing right now, and I would love to join them during my holidays. It would mean a lot to me to get another chance to enjoy the server with them.
If I break rule 3.4 again, I fully accept any consequences, including a one-month ban. I just kindly ask for one more chance to prove that I’ve learned from this mistake.
I’m truly sorry once again, and I hope you can give me the opportunity to make things right.
Sincerely,
Jay Omerta
Additional Information: I truly hope you'll give me the chance to show that I've learned from this and that I won't make the same mistake again.
