Why were you punished?: for crashing into someone and shooting them after
Why should this appeal be considered?: i deeply apologize for driving on wrong side of road wont happen again i learnt my lesson from this, not sure what tiering a car means but i also apologize for that and i will refuse to crash into anyone else in the future if it apparently means i owe them 25k. and and and i am sorry to the man himself that i shot i will never shoot a man again i see that there were no need!
