Why should this appeal be considered?: i know i have a bad record for this and i know i say in every apology that it was a accident but this time i did screw up. so what happend was that me and ava james were good friends and we were fucking around and then she walks away and then comes back and says put ur hands up with a gun in her hands and i thought that she was playing with me so i drawed out my gun and moved away from gunpoint then she came running in and kills me so i thought wtf and then i rememberd that i had dna on me i then realised i fucked up i am admitting at purposely breaking 3.4 and i am sorry for this i just thought that ava was fucking with me and i know this story sounds hard to believe but its truly what happend i am just asking for a few hours of my ban>
