Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Constantly attempting to run people over. One situation including a civ shooting police
Why should this appeal be considered?: because im sorry for what i did, most of the runovers were an accident and yes, one of them was on purpose (the civ shooting poilce one) and i wont do it again. i really wouldnt do it again and ill reread the rules again and make sure not to break even a single one of them, i promise to become a better citizen in the prepheads rp and i was new so i didnt know any better.
