Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.21 - User while raiding the city hall shot through the city hall door after seeing a gun poke through the door killing the ss. in a different situation the user walks into an active crime scene they where not involved in and started shooting there shotgun at bottles laying on a table for no reason resulting in them being taken to jail.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Think of this as part apology and part dispute since I can't do both at the same time and I'm not gonna clog up the forums with 2 separate threads for an apology and a dispute. I fully acknowledge the 3.4 here as I did shoot bottles right in front of police (I thought that you could shoot on private property, I didn't realise it was against the law at the time and I was just chilling with some friends) and I do apologise for that. The 3.21 here is not what happened. I had already sent an advert out warning the mayor that I was going to raid and I decided to execute that raid. To make this clear, I would've shot through that door regardless because I knew someone was behind it and based on what he was saying (that no civilians were allowed into past to see the mayor at that time) I had assumed that he was secret service and I shot him through the door. I haven't reviewed the demo myself but I was concentrating more so on breaking in and shooting the mayor than looking at exactly what was going on and apparently this dudes gun had peeked through the door for a split second and that made me guilty of 3.21, even though even if I had seen it considering secret service guns from what I've seen are all black and their uniforms are too I would've probably just assumed it was an arm regardless of if I had actually taken notice or not (which I didn't). I believe this ban should be lifted, I do deserve a punishment for the 3.4 but the 3.21 here kinda just feels like guilty until proven innocent which in a case like this where it's insanely hard to prove innocence I'm basically doomed to either get banned by giving a false confession or try to prove that I'm innocent by giving a demo and cooperating all while I'm being threatened by the staff in question if it turns out a gun did peek through a door saying that if they have to go through with reviewing the demo just to find out that there was something that popped through the door (which apparently there was) I would get a more severe punishment which I don't believe is fair in a situation like this. Throughout the whole F6 I tried to prove and maintain my innocence while remaining respectful despite knowing there was nothing I could really do to not get punished for this even though I literally didn't know I had done something wrong because my eyes didn't see a gun pop through a door for a few frames.
