Why should this appeal be considered?: First, let me apologize. Now that I've looked into the rule I am aware of how I've broken it. At the time of the transgression, however, I wasn't well knowledged on the rule 3.4. It was my personal belief that if my friend was under arrest that was well reason to place an attack on the police. When I showed up to the scene I wasn't aware of why he was arrested, only that he was and asked for my help. Secondly, it was also my impression that as long as the vehicle is running and you are actively fleeing the police that you may bail from the vehicle and proceed to fire. I have now read 3.4 and will not allow myself to break the rule again. With that said, I do as. Please consider unbanning me. It was a dumb, unknowing mistake that I will not allow to happen again.
