Why were you punished?: User was in the area of a shootout and picked up a weapon in front of a police officer, resulting in the user's death

Why should this appeal be considered?: When we raided the house, there was no one inside. We waited for the owners to come. No one came for a long time. We saw the police passing through the window. We took a position. I died before I could point my gun at the police officer who was trying to enter from the upper floor. Why was I banned?

Additional Information: The men whose house we raided had robbed us before and used bad words, that's why we were there.
