Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to apologise for once again breaking the infamous 3,4 in my book that's one of the rules I struggle to understand and I always have a problem with it , I know I have made some mistakes in the past and I really want to change and be a better member of community because I like playing on the server. I am so sorry for the trouble I've caused by breaking this rule. A man wanted to "roll" with me and the group of my friends he got suspicious when we got to the woods at hicktown and he ran off and ratted us out to the guy we were planning to rob, from my angle I couldn't see that he was holding a gun and when I realized it was too late and If I just let him off I would be putting myself in the even greater risk because I just pointed a gun at a man who has a gun on him. I also had 3 other guys with me so I thought I made a right choice by telling him to just put his hands up but he decided to draw his weapon and I had to react.
I hope you can see where I'm coming from and that all I did was not intentional and just a simple mistake that could happen to everyone , its not straight forward situation so I just messed up and I am willing to take the blame for it.
But please consider my appeal.
