Why should this appeal be considered?: ive never appealed a ban because the times when i have (one other time) was for a legit reason so yeah but this one i can justify.
i experienced a " (not responding) error" and white screen with a pinwheel i tried to fix it with task manager and no successful effort in resolving. so i back out of the game to try and solve. i spent about 2 hours trying to work it out but then i gave up as i had a shift straight after on the ambulance.
i was going to write something about it but when i checked this morning there was nothing and no ban so i assume they must of seen i had issues and were fine with it. otherwise i wouldve said something
i came back from work today and spent about 1 hour to solve it, and i think it was avast antivirus not liking one of the files being used in the app or something as i have deleted it and it works now and allows a boot with no dramas.
when i tried to log on then it worked (which is sweet) and then boom i am banned.
which is a shame as i was looking foward to it especially after my post went well for an idea for a diary. and stuff
i understand if it messed up gameplay for anyone i really didnt mean it to, and if you need anything else from me please let me know and i can try get it sent over asap.
for next time i should really try and message someone at the time to notify them of this but i didnt really think about it (i hope you can appreciate it was like 2am i wasnt thinking)
if i need to send in game like reimbursment or something to make up for it i will.
