Why were you punished?: 2.5 - User shot and killed a paramedic within mere seconds of them arriving at a scene without any form of indication for the paramedic that they should not be in the area at the time.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Im sincerely apologising for my actions and Im very sorry for my actions. I should have known better and should have given the medic an indication to leave the area. I really should have known better regarding my record and should have given the medic time to comply with orders.
