Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User pulled a gun whilst under direct gunpoint which resulted in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am sorry that I am a constant rule breaker of 3.4, but this is just my favorite server; there is no dark RP like this one. 3.4 can expand to many things, and I do not realize that. I look forward to improving with this rule since I'm not used to dark RP servers and more of a sandbox guy, but this server just really appeals to me, and I would hate to play the other stupid gambling servers. He broke Rule 3.15, which is crashing into my car with his truck for no reason but to force a mugging. Unfortunately, I don't have evidence since my medal crashed and my game crashed due to my internet bills not being paid immediately after, and I do have my demo, but it crashes whenever I move to the point where the rule broke. Now I don't know if he actually broke a rule with this, but I just want to know.
