Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - For no reason the user called out he had a bomb to call PD to his appt, causing his friend to start a gunfight getting everyone killed.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I understand that I was in the wrong about shouting that I had a bomb at the police. My reasoning was that they seemed to be entering every apartment in the projex and me and my friend were in there and didn't want them to enter as we had our guns on us and they would see them on our backs. I had called out that I had a bomb when they were up at our floor to try and deter them from trying to enter so we could have more time to think about what to do. After realising that we couldn't do anything we decided to hold down the apartment and start a gunfight. I had opened the door accidently when trying to make sure it was locked and my friends first instinct was to shoot the police he seen which had caused every police to show up leading to a huge gunfight resulting in many peoples deaths. I have read the rules thoroughly and now understand through rule 3.4 that any unjustifiable action that puts your in game characters life in danger such as me shouting that I have a bomb is breaking the 3.4 rule. But whilst reading through all the rules I can see rule 3.6 states that players must do everything they can to avoid their own death and at the time we thought that killing all the police would be our best option of survival which obviously was not. I hope that this apology can get through my sincerity and allow for you to consider my punishment. Thank you for reading.
Additional Information: In the future I will try my hardest to abide by every rule by keeping up to date and regularly look through the list of rules to allow for a serious RP experience.
