Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.4 - User shot and killed another player over a minor altercation whilst in direct eyeshot of an EMS.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I completely understand my actions were completely in the wrong and was a very stupid decision from me. I wasn't in a fantastic mood as I had recently lost a large sum of my bank in the casino after basing for the majority of the day. Regardless of that occurrence I should have controlled myself better, and I will do in the future. I completely understand the ban due to my playtime and history with the rules. I'd like to apologise for the person I shot, and for the EMS nearby whose roleplay I ruined, as well as wasting the staffs time.
