Why were you punished?: 1.6 | User failed to retrieve a firearm that was requested by staff and actively refused to do so.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I picked up a i found in gun from a car crash. As a career criminal, I found this to be acceptable regardless of what caused the collision.

I did not want to give it back as i assumed finders keepers. I could see maybe the police coming after me but nobody witnessed it until admin looked at logs, i did this before any other players responded. The admin came to car crash and physgunned the cars away and tried to force me to give gun back, i refused.

Wrong way crashes are a reality, and stopping all RP to find an item seems ridiculous to me, but what do i know i just play here.

Are you apologising for your actions or are you disputing the validity of the ban where you believe it is an invalid punishment? As from what I have read here, there's nothing to indicate that this is an apology other than the title.

I apologize for acting like an idiot when you told me to give the item back.

I understand now you were enforcing against wrong way driving rule.

Not saying this makes it right, or means anything but its my opinion that if its an accidental collision maybe it should be handled differently than a minge just trying to cause havoc on the highway.

I would like to play on the server again.

When you come on to the server, make a report with this appeal included so that the staff member handling the report (if I am not online) can proceed with removing the UMP-45 from your inventory.

In regards to that firearm, I was attempting to obtain it from you in order to return it to it's owner, who was directly affected from that incident where he was the victim of the other player crashing into his vehicle on the incorrect side of the road.
